Introduction
The International Business School have agreed to celebrate the end of the academics
party by hosting a one day charity fundraising event. This event will commemorate activities
aimed at supporting charity and also targets to raise at least £ 2019 to aid the charity
organization.
1.0 Project charter
Need/purpose
The main purpose of the project is to conduct a charity fundraiser to raise money towards
the charity organization at the end of the academic year.
Event description
The above charity event is scheduled to be conducted in June at the university premises.
The forum will be conducted during the end of the year party. The aim or the target amount
being aimed is at least £2019 that will go directly to support a charity organization. This event is
organized and will be supported by the school’s stakeholders. Various activities will be
conducted which are geared to contributing money, so as to increase the chances of collecting
more money.
Stakeholders’ expectations
All plans concerning the event will be completed in time and every activity and service
planned for the day is in place at the right time so as to avoid wastage of time during the day of
the fundraising. The day will always bring more success by rising more than the estimated value.
