in the question ,the outcome is a combine of the three, thus counts to 6

Correction

Random variable of X, which represents Y, is defined as a possible number of incidence, ranging from minimum to maximum, in this case, it is 1 to 10

thus is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
