Write a balanced molecular, overall ionic and net ionic equations for the reaction between an aqueous solution of phosphoric acid, H3PO4(aq)and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide. The products are sodium phosphate and water.

H3PO4(aq) + 3 NaOH(aq) ---> Na3PO4(aq) + 3 H2O 
now analyse. And compute what becomes ion and what doesn't 
H3PO4(aq) ionizes (partially)
NaOH(aq) is a soluble ionic compound 
Na3PO4(aq) is a soluble ionic compound 
H2O is a molecule 

3H+ + PO4-3 + 3Na+ + 3OH- ---> 3Na+ + PO4-3 + 3 H2O 
sodium and phosphate ions remain unchanged - they are spectators 
so 

H+ + OH- ---> H2O (all the 3's reduce to 1)
