Dress code code is one way of ensuring uniformity and unity in an organization. Most firms usually contract one supplier to supply these clothes to the staff. There is usually nothing wrong with this. However, some firms charge their employees more than they could get the same clothes elsewhere thus making the whole idea ill-fated. In my opinion, a certain vendor should be contracted to provide these uniforms at a fair price. This will eliminate cases of varied uniforms which may erode the whole idea of the uniforms.
