One case I remember related to a phone warranty. I had laid a claim for compensation after my smartphone got lost. First the representative told me that I would be xompensated and wait for a week. Afterwards, I was informed that they were not to compensate me, accusing me of being not responsible. The strategy NY the company was ineffective since the first time I had high hopes but they did not honor their promise. With a better explanation on why they would not compensate me, instead of saying I was careless, I would have remained a customer loyal to them.
