How do I draw 2 internally tangent circles? I know what a tangent is, and what a circle is, if that helps.

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

All you have to do is draw a small circle within a larger circle and then place the smaller circle to one side where its side touches the larger circles side at just one spot. Imagine putting a dime on a quarter and moving it all the way to the edge so that both edges overlap at one place.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
