organization act and what inspires them to act in that way. One of the most common aspects that
have gained attention in many organizational settings is how to keep a motivated diverse
workforce. Diversity in cultures, religions, gender, political affiliations and race is a factor that
organizations cannot n way from in the current business environment. Despite these differences
among people, we still see giant, medium and small organizations still maintaining strong
workplace behaviors that help to meet the needs of both internal customer needs. There appears to

customers. In this paper, an analysis of evidence on the influence of a diverse, motivated work
force will be discussed using organizational behavior concepts and theories. A personal reflection
