In the case of Robinson v. Jacksonville Shipyards, Inc. [1991] 760 F. Supp. 1486, the
individual who filed a case in the court of law was the plaintiff, Lois Robinson who filed a
case against Jacksonville Shipyards Inc, a company she worked in because other employees
were sexually harassing her. The lawsuit was filed in only one court, the District Court in
Florida. There was no dissent which had been submitted by the judge.
