The Republican holds economic equity in higher regards more than any other feature. They strongly want less governmental interference and strongly believes in property rights rather than believing in welfare rights.
Democrat looks towards equality under the federal government and a Republican looks towards people looking after themselves. Government supported programs which levy higher taxes are what democrats support. A Republican wants decisions to be made at the state level with less government involvement
