Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

(3x^4y^-2)(5x^2y^7)

=3*5x^2*x^4*y^-2*y^7

= 15 x^(2+4)y^(-2+7)                      (because a^m*a^n = a^(m+n) )

= 15 x^6 y^5..................................ANSWER

answer is

15 x^6 y^5       ( that is 15 *x power 6*y power 5)

hope you understood..please message if you have any doubts...thank you
