Solid is a closely packed matter having its particles vibrate at its own position. Foe example Block of ice. Thus they have very long kinetic energy due to their particles interacting very closely
Gasses have their particles very far apart that are moving at a very high speeds. Thus the interaction of bonds is weaker. For example Oxygen. Gases have high kinetic energy
Particles in liquids are loosely packed making them collide and slide over one another thus thy have moderate kinetic energy. For example, Water
