Summary
Communication with various from generation to another depending on the available
technologies while growing up. Most of the working population have past mindsets where
technology had not been embraced widely as the current period. However, such technology
differences can be reflected at workplaces where the communication barrier can be witnessed.
The major generations at work that causes a difficult time include generation Xers, Boomerbased generation, and millennials.

Generations at workplaces encounter major differences in salary negotiation and job
