In this scenario, the audience is intended to be the general staff of The Reliable
Manufacturing Company, based in Belton, Missouris.
2) Of the broad audience, who do you think you should be most concerned about? In
other words, who is your target audience?
While the message was intended for the general audience, there is need for certain groups of
workers to be concerned. For instance, workers in the production line are more likely to be
affected since most automation is used in the production of products to ensure better
productivity. Furthermore, the customer service as well as human resource department
should also be concerned with the announcement. This is because of the prevalence of cloud
based services which are more effective in offering human resource and customer care
