depending on their area of operation. Working in a medium sized healthcare company is not
an easy task because there are a significant number of responsibilities. One of the basic
primary tasks is to oversee the daily functions of the healthcare institution. This implies that
both the patients and employees must be working in a clean and conducive environment. To
enhance this, supervision from time to time is necessary so that all the operations can be
monitored. Another task is strategic planning (McMurray et al., 2019). When faced with a
