Introduction
The SCARF model is a David Rock formation made in 2008. It involves a brain-based
platform that helps in collaboration and peer influence on others in the same organization. The
SCARF model incorporates five domains; status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness as well as
fairness. These five domains are direct influencers of a person’s behavior in corporate or social
institutions. This is a reflective essay analyzing my personality, using the SCARF model, in my
nursing career as the head supervisor of the nursing fraternity.
Analysis
The SCART model is grounded on neuroscience research which implied that the
following five domains does activate similar reward and threat rejoinders in a person’s brain and
