1. Characteristics of the people you would want working at your company
Developing the workforce is important to the refinement and sustainability of an
organization. For the sake of this project, my company will be Techville Company. Irrespective
of technical proficiency, one can grow a glaring business future comprehensively through the
evaluation of potential employees on a number of characteristics which include;
An opportunistic mindset
In a company that embraces a culture of innovation, employees with an opportunistic
mindset are needed to help in identifying market gaps. Opportunities form the basis of
entrepreneurship and innovation. Additionally, they are intrinsically pre-wired for innovation.
Persistent
Being persistent enables employees to take advantage of the opportunities they discover.
Generally, people geared towards innovation are more focused, demonstrate resilience and
creativity.
Passionate
Good employees need to be passionate as concerns their company, its mission, and its
objectives. They passionately work towards the success of the company and take any challenges
facing the company personally. They do not relent in their endeavor to see the company become
competitive and enhance their performance. Nevertheless, recognizing passion in an interview
may be very precarious. As relates to the company culture of innovation, passionate and
enthusiastic employees will be a top priority.
