In a reasonably big organization (in your case, 100 employees), it is not possible to customize the processes to suit different personality types of employees. The best way is to create standard systems and processes and make sure that everyone understands the importance to follow those processes.
Now, to make everyone understand, you should do following -
1. Create detailed manuals about the processes. Provide in detail instructions and benefits.
2. Create audio visuals as part of employee learning program. Audio visuals keep the people involved and make learning easier. Story based audio visuals should be preferred.
3. Create info-graphics and posters which highlight key points and put them in easily accessible locations (above the coffee machine, central area, entrance, meeting room etc)
4. In your weekly meetings, the top management should emphasize on key points.
Remember, repetition is the key but when dealing with different personality types, repetition using various mediums is the key.
