That is the correct answer, but can you explain why and how you got it?

Be and B have same number of electronic rings. So their outer most electrons are nearly at same distance from nucleus. B3+ ion has more number of protons pulling the electrons than Be2+, thus its radius is smaller.

For Mg2+, there is an extra electron ring than Be and B ions, thus its size is largest.

This the basic reason.
