Subject: Improving customer care and termite prevention strategies at Gooden Gone
This memo is in response to the rising number of long-time customers who have been
canceling their protection policies and switching to new providers. As you may have noted,
Gooden Gone has been losing its customers at an alarming rate. It is even worse that these
customers are switching to both new entrants and existing competitors. There are a number of
strategies that I feel could help us to restore our market lead, appeal to existing customers,
attract new customers, and remain sustainable.
The first issue that I would like to raise with your department is the upgrading of the
company’s services to provide better customer care. Our company thrives from the payments
that our customers make for our services. As you may have noted, our revenues have been
