Calculate the number of moles of NaHCO3 that reacted in each beaker. (The molar ratio between evolved CO2 and the bicarbonate, HCO3-, is 1:1)

Note: I used 3g of Alka Seltzer, Initial Mass was(Vinegar+water+alka selt) 118.011g, Final Mass is 117.164g, Mass of Co2 evolved was 0.847g, moles of CO2 evolved was 0.01925g/moles

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

Since  the  mole ratio  is  the  same  for

NaHCO3  and the  CO2  produced

So  the  number  of  moles  of CO2  produced  is  the same  as  number  of  moles  of  NaHCO3

Hence the number  of  moles of Alka Seltzer is  0.01925 moles

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
