Use the remainder theorem to determine the constant remainder that is obtained when the first polynomial is divided by the second polynomial.

x^3 - x^2 + 5x - 7 ,  x+2

let f(x) = x^3-x^2+5x-7, according to the remainder theorem, the constant remainder for f(x) divided by x+2 equal to f(-2)  = -8 -4-10-7 = -29
