The answer : 

To find this should you use :  (x - 3)(x + 2)(x + 3) = 0

so :    (x² + 2x - 3x - 6)(x + 3) = 0

so :   (x² -x - 6)(x + 3) = 0

so :  x^3 + 3x² - x² - 3x - 6x - 18 = 0

so :  x^3 + 2x² - 9x - 18 = 0 

so the polynomial is :  P(x) = x^3 + 2x² - 9x - 18
