Clients, visit these company’s ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 4 departments. Attorneys also have to visit the company physically to get updates on the cases. The information they collect from their clients is recorded manually and stored in file cabinets. e) At least one piece of information you feel important in defining the project For the company to achieve efficiency, the case and consultancy records can be kept in digital format, that is, to implement an electronic document and records management system that adds efficiency and the ease of accessibility of the records whenever and wherever they are needed. For instance, it makes it easy for a client to seek services at Minnesota and be able to access his records in Florida. Security and privacy should be the primary concern in that the files should be able to maintain its original state and accessed by authorized personnel only. Tutor went the extra mile to help me with this essay. Citations were a bit shaky but I appreciated how well he handled APA styles and how ok he was to change them even though I didnt specify. Got a B+ which is believable and acceptable.
