1) Organizations that should feature professional bureaucracies are those that reach a capacity of employees that is over 200 and require multiple departments with multiple members in each department, along with outsourcing certain areas of the organizations every day actions. These outsourcing uses can be such as paying their employees or shipping materials. 

2) Firms that should use a divisional form of structures are ones that require a divisional set of labor to get further in production. Firms that require this form of structure usually hold a large amount of employees.
