Supplementary adds to  180 

complimentary  adds  to  90

180-z=12-3(90-c)

z=90-c

combine  to  equations thus  we 

348=z+3c

90=-z-c

solving  you get  c  as  209-180  you  get  c  as 29  thus  z=90-29=61  and  s=180-z= 180-61=119

2nd  

180-z+90-z=216

270-2z=216

270-216=2z

thus  z=54/2=27 supplement  of  z =180-27=153

complement  of  z  =90-27=63

x+4(90-x)=180

360-180=3x

x=180/3=60
