Because of this merger, performance is not as optimum as the executives would have hoped; morale is low, and stress is up. The new company has decided to hire you as an Organizational Development consultant. They have tasked you with finding out the issues and what they should do next to get back on track.

How the Diagnostic Process is selected
Organizations are always difficult to change especially those formed after merging
like in this case. When looking at the Internet technology company, it has its own
organizational culture and the employees were used to such culture and the same thing
applies to the Canadian social media company. This is why it is very difficult for both
employees to fit into the new company which is formed by the merging of the two.
Convincing a huge number of employees that the new change is going to work is not easier
and that is why a diagnostic process needs to be considered (Waddell et al., 2016). There are
three common diagnostic models but only one will be effective in this case. The force-field
analytical model will be the most appropriate because it not only focuses on the internal
driving force but also the restraining force. To make it more clear, the company is not able to
