what do you do when you are trying to find slopes and intercepts to solve equations? if I ask what is the slope and y- intercept of y=5/3 x +4 what would the answer be? Solve problem

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

We have the equation as

y=(5x)/3 +4

It is the equation of the line in slope intercept form,y=mx+b

where m is the slope of the line and b is the y-intercept.

So on comparing the slope is m=5/3 and the y-intercept is b= 4.
