what do you do when you are trying to find slopes and intercepts to solve equations
When we try to find out the slope and y-intercept we are trying to find the tan of the angle which the line make with the positive y-axis and when we are trying to find the y-intercept we are trying to find the point where the line touches the y-axis.
So if the slope of the line is "m" and the y-intercept is "b" then the equation of the line in slope intercept form is
Slope and y intercept of y=5x/3 +4
On comparing with the slope-intercept form,slope=m=5/3 and y-intercept is 4(answer)
