The answer should be Enrichment culture, because this process is used to isolate a bacterium that is relatively few in numbers.  We create an environment for a few of these bacterium to grow. 

It would not be cell culture because cell culture is for isolating animal or plant tissue.

It would not be chemostat because we are not offering a steady supply of nutrients here.

It would not be Quorum sensing because we are not regulating the density of the bacterium.
