31/100 = .31

if in Denominator there is multiple of 10 i.e. 10 or 100 or 10000000 etc. than count no. of zeros and than put decimal after that many nos. from right in Numerator for the answer .

For example  -  in the above question  in 100 ,there are 2 zeros after 1 , so for answer we shall put decimal after 2 digits from right in Numerator i.e.   .31

so answer is .31
