Explanation & Answer

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

A kite is a quadrilateral in which two disjoint pairs of consecutive sides are congruent .

It means that DC=BC and AB=AD

So the measure of side DC is equal to the measure of side BC which is I think as the picture is not clear is equal to 4

So the measure of side DC=4(answer)

Note:-As the length of the measure of side BC is not properly visible therefore I guessed from the picture that for me it seems to be equal to 4.

If you can see the length of side BC (any other measurement),then please use that measurement.

But the concept is simple,BC=DC
