The equilibrium constant multiplies the concentrations of the products raised to the powers of their respective coefficients in the equation and then divides by the multiplication of the concentrations of the reactants raised to the powers of their respective coefficients.

If there is a greater concentration of reactants then the equilibrium constant will be less than 1 as the equation will have a larger number in the denominator.

The answer is c. which is the only number less than 1.
