The sine of an angle is the opposite side divided by the hypotenuse. The angle theta is facing the side with length 10 which is the opposite side. The hypotenuse is the side that the right angle faces denoted by the box in the triangle. The sine is therefore 10/26=5/13 when reduced. The answer is B.
