Hello, I'm Sarah! Thank you for the opportunity to help you. I'll try to be as straightforward as possible.

First, when finding the perimeter of anything, the only thing you need to do is ADD up all the sides of the figure. No need to worry about tricky multiplication or division, all we will need to do is add.

Second, we are dealing with a hexagon, which is a figure with 6 sides. We are now ready to calculate.

Since we are adding, this problem can be solved in 2 ways, either:

18.75 + 18.75 + 18.75 + 18.75 + 18.75 + 18.75

Or

18.75 x 6

With either method, the answer will be 112.5 in, or C.

Please let me know if you need any more help on this. Thanks again and have a good day!
