Programming bacteria to detect and cancer (and maybe treat it) by Ted is a very amazing
topic because of the impact of the solution it is likely to have in many peoples’ lives. Cancer is a
nightmare for millions of people today and continues to affect more people day by day. It is for
this reason that I chose to discuss this topic because it brings hope to many people. It is also an
interesting topic considering to amount of research that is required to bring it to reality. It is also
a topic that is more real and its implementations are more sound and impactful unless other
topics that are more of sci-fi movies. This is a topic that has meaning and a high chance of
coming into reality sooner or later. It is a topic that concerns a very large percentage of the world
population and brings hope for a much required and anticipated solution.
