Box, Inc. is a Company which was founded by young friends all under 30 years old. The
Company has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. Ultimately, the Company deals
with software and has enabled multiple businesses in the world to share files freely which
stimulates collaboration and growth of these businesses. Apparently, the Company has profound
corporate culture that the founders are determined to preserve even after growth and expansion
of the Company. However, things get tough for Box later when the culture start clashing. To this
extent, therefore, this paper will explore and discuss the culture of the Company and, establish
how the culture of the Company reflects the ages, history and the values of the founders (Burns,
