The survey impacts your career planning, because it shows you the areas that a future employee should work on. Like, for example, when it states that communication inside and out is the top ability looked for, the future employee, when thinking about their career plan, will focus on this. I was surprised the selling or influencing others is the last on the list, but I understand this because it depends on the company on whether or not this is a major impact on your success. To be more marketable to an employer, based on these high ranking abilities wished for, the resume of the applicant should project the employee in the best light in all of these abilities, especially the top three.
