    Guidelines:

varied number of ways and there exists no specific shortage of models for achieving company’s
objectives For the purpose of this study, we are going to give much focus and attention to
evidence-based management or what is rather commonly known as EBM. In its basic sense,
evidence-based management is basically the idea that, when specific organizations and managers
make their decisions, evidence of different types ought to be gathered, analyzed critically and
taken into account. This paper shall set out to analyze theories and the general concept of
leadership by means of an interview to a nurse in the current health care environment, make an
analysis of the effects of leadership styles and finally analyze the leader’s role in mentoring a
succession plan.
An interview with Nurse Rose
The key factors that distinguish any successful practitioners from the ones that don’t
succeed are the factor of whether these practitioners typically make the most effective use of all
the varied forms of evidence that are in their disposal. While this is true, there exist a number of
reasons why professionals and managers in different organizations do not make use of such
optimal evidence. In some instances, the evidence in question may prove to be difficult to the
interpreter, impossible to be accessed, not well evaluated or might be contradictory. Today, I am

England. Her influence on healthcare cannot be underestimated as it extends numerous horizons
