1. I have voted in all the elections except from one when I had travelled to visit my folks in
Europe and could not be able to vote. I am a registered voter and believe that a person’s
vote is their ticket to express their agreement or disagreement with their leaders. The
things that affect a person in the community can only be addressed if a person is keen
about them and votes for a person who has policies that are meant to address these issues.
2. Voter apathy is a serious social apathy since when people do not vote then the leaders
who are elected or incumbent may not be in a position to know whether they served their
subjects to their expectations or not. Through the vote, the analysts are able to know the
people’s desires and feelings. People of my age can be encouraged to vote by
encouraging them to exercise voting even in their different cadres at college or
community so that they can eventually understand and appreciate voting at the national
level.
3. I would vote for a female president in the United States. This is because the women at the
moment are able to do what men can do and some can even do it better. The women are
seen to be more focused both career wise and are able to identify their dreams and pursue
