Question description

Most people perceive conflict as negative and disruptive in the workplace.  There are Organizational Behavior researchers who have suggested that a lack of conflict can be just as detrimental to an organization.  Managers must manage this conflict, either functional or dysfunctional.

After studying Chapter 11, explain whether you believe that creating conflict in an organization is beneficial. Provide an example where this would be effective.  Next, discuss which method of resolving conflict you believe would be most effective. Provide example(s) of where this method would be most effective and where it would be least effective.
