Introduction
Technological advancements in SPECT and planar imaging have fundamentally
changed the processing, acquisition, and interpretation of myocardial perfusion images.
Myocardial perfusion imaging can be personalized and specified to a specific patient in
question through new and existing sections of the MPI guidelines (Hua, 2018). This paper
explains the technical criteria that may change the clinical results or the visual representation
of images.
