Organization culture is the values and beliefs which have existed in an organization for a
long period of time. The beliefs and the values of the staff may influence their behavior and
attitude. Company's administration changes their leadership behavior so that they can fulfill the
mission of an organization and it may influence job satisfaction of the employees. This brings
about the need for someone to understand the relationship that is there between the organization's
leadership behavior, culture and job satisfaction of the employees ("Leadership and
Organizational Culture," n.d.). Organization culture of knowledge sharing goes hand in hand
with key talent management strategies and organization's culture features which finally analyzes
the need for sharing knowledge in an organization. I had a chance to examine an Apple company
and learn their organizational cultural features and talent management strategies and the reason
why knowledge sharing is taking place in the company. It is among the best innovative
companies in the world and has adopted the most effective learning strategies and organizational
culture.
The culture feature of the Apple Company was communicated in terms of values,
norms, beliefs, and attitudes that are shared by the company's members. The organizational
culture has the key functions that include enhancement of commitment, sense of identity and
reinforcement of behavior ("Organizational Culture and Performance," n.d.). In the success of
the company, culture encouraged growth and an upward dynamic. It has a characteristic of a high
level of engagement and teamwork. The success of the company’s culture has features such as; it

has a purpose-driven culture whereby the employees have a clear sense of the purpose in which
they understand both short and long term goals. A company with a purpose tunes its employees
in a forward direction so that they can achieve their goals.
Apple Company has a good culture with an effective communication pattern such
as courtesy, clarity, and proactivity. Clarity is important in communication especially in the
passage of information as it is required to be transparent, clear and concise. Courtesy is
important in communication as it allows for messages to pass within an environment of
transparency and safety. Moreover, proactivity prays a big role in effective communication since
for one to have a productive discussion should first conduct a proactive one.
The company also has a culture that creates, enhances and celebrates teamwork. A
