KARL’S MARX THEORY OF ESTRANGED LABOR
Abstract
Marxism establishes that the best way to look at capitalism is as a way of enslaving
people into conducting activities they would wish not to. The working environment experiences
all these through the estranged labor whereby the management is in charge of all decisions as

avoid.
Alienation according to Marx when discussed under the capitalist mode more than the
subjective state of mind but also a real experience that workers develop through offering labor in
the capitalist society. The theory of estranged labor can be defined as the indefinite loss of
control over the self-attribute whereby an individual gets separated from anything that brings a
sense of agency. Alienation comes into context when an individual is unable to control a
particular process due to the necessity of achieving something and hence ends up enslaved. Marx
