When a point P(x, y) is rotated by 90° it becomes P(-y, x).

So applying this transformation on the quadrilateral EFGH, we get

E(2, 6) -> E'(-6, 2)

F(7, -4) -> F'(4, 7)

G(-2, -7) -> G'(7, -2)

H(-5, 1) -> H'(-1, -5)


So the new location is

E'(-6, 2), F'(4, 7), G'(7, -2),  H'(-1, -5)
