Advantage: Cost Reduction, larger choice pool,
Challenges: Large number of application received in short duration hence processing issues, picking right candidate because of obvious multiple choices.
Challenge: tough competetion, less attention span on every candidate
Advantage: More opportunities for candidates and easier overall application process in terms of process of application
Online process have both negative and positive aspects for me. It gives me access to easier procedures but since time gets reduced per candidate because of large number of applicant I am left with small window of opportunity to convince my case.
