As for maintaining your health, first and foremost is eating correctly and in a timely manner along with implementing some type of exercise.  Setting time to relax is highly dependent on your daily activities. Thinking positively is a choice or perceptive, therefore, you will need to gain a different perceptive for this by exposing yourself to situation or circumstances that trigger thinking positively.  All three factors need to be scheduled until they become natural in reactions daily, such as routiens.
