Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

DeMorgan's Law would say that  n (~A n ~B) =  n ( ~(A U B) )    Let the symbol ~ be used as the "complement of"

we see that  n (~ (A U B) ) = n(U) - n(A U B)

n(A U B) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A n B) = 100 + 60 - 30 = 130

n (~ (A U B) ) = n(U) - n(A U B) = 210 - 130 = 80

Therefore n(~A n ~B) = 80

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
