Wrongdoing in the workplace involves any malpractice, misconduct or impropriety of
any nature that takes place or is associated with the workplace. When a wrongdoing occurs in a
workplace, the workers are always the first to notice. Workplace malpractices can negatively
impact the wellbeing of an employee as well as reduce their productivity hence making the
workplace unattractive. Workplace wrongdoing can involve unethical, illegal or an immoral
