Your job is to submit your boss the questionnaire that contains 10 specific questions that integrate the requirements above along with any other necessary pieces of information you believe would add value to understanding the employees' feelings about their operational knowledge and capabilities.

Introduction
Internal assessment is a type of inventory employed to evaluate the strengths and
weaknesses of the operation in an organization (MMP Associates, nd). Generally, the assessment
tool comprises of the survey of the human and physical resource available to facilitate a high
level of performance. As such, internal assessment of the Amazon focuses on analyzing staffs
knowledge on various aspects such identification of technical competence on ERP system,
examining skill depth within financial services and understanding depth of the product
knowledge. Conversely, external assessment in an organization focus on political, economic,
technological and social factors that influence the achievement of organization goals and
missions. More, unlike assessment of internal factors in an organization like Amazon, external
assessment attempt to describe specific operations associate to individual companies. More so,
such type of evaluation may identify how organization function. Regarding organization
assessment, while internal survey focuses on employees competencies, leadership, and
organizational culture, external assessment contrasts as it mainly focuses on enabling the
business to predict a change in the market segment (MMP Associates, nd). Unlike internal
assessments, focusing on external aspects the effects an organization’s performance drives
business to exploit opportunities and shield itself from threats — further, external assessment
focus on competitive and collaborative forces that exist outside the organization. Ultimately,
unlike internal assessments, external assessment describes opportunities and threats experienced
by the organization.
