We all have the right to live, it depends on what you do to keep that right yours.  Life is one of the unalienable rights that the writers of the US Constitution mention is ours.  

The US Constitution states "all men are created equal & independent, that from that equal creation they derive rights inherent & inalienable, among which are the preservation of life, & liberty, & the pursuit of happiness"
